New Orleans Residents Raise Houses High

Friday is the three year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina's landfall in New Orleans. And now Hurricane Gustav threatens the city again. Some New Orleans residents have decided to "raise" their houses onto a higher foundation to avoid flooding.
