Comedian Andy Dick won't face a sexual battery charge from his arrest last month, Riverside County District Attorney spokesman Ryan Hightower told the Associate Press Monday.
The former star of NewsRadio, 42, still faces misdemeanor drug possession and battery charges, though no felony charges.
